Remodeling is the best path to entry-level homeownership in Austin

It’s no secret the housing market is tough, especially in Austin and especially for first-time homebuyers. One solution is renovating existing housing stock. The age and condition of a home will be a major factor in determining if it should be renovated. A home in good condition in need of a cosmetic update, a few more square feet, or both is the perfect candidate for remodeling.

There are cookie cutter production homes at entry-level price points, but they come with a lot of of serious problems.
